Soul Celebration is a Christ-centered, special-needs, non-denominational
ministry uniting families and individuals into a community for a loving, safe, and fun
worship environment.
Soul Celebration isn't JUST for individuals with disabilities, it's intended for the whole
family, friends, and care givers. This event is appropriate for all ages and provides a casual,
comfortable, and relaxed setting for all (including noises, hopping, pacing, flapping, motor tics, etc,).
to join in praise and worship music and fun activities.
Soul Celebration also isn't intended to replace any church's regular worship services. We
welcome and have participants who attend other churches. We chose the 2pm - 4pm time so
as to conflict as little as possible with other churches' ministries. For those who do not
have a regular church home, the current host site, Christ Community Church welcomes those
who would attend Soul Celebration into its morning service. The idea behind Soul Celebration
is a more relaxed environment where individuals feel more comfortable in sharing the wonderful
gifts God has given each of us.
